  • Mama's Care Club, Developed an application to help create awareness in Pakistan around postpartum depression while also serving as a pregnancy tracker.
  • Ghar Ka: Designed an application for home-based chefs to connect with customers through a weekly subscription business model
  • Sustainable Desk Design: Researched the needs of students living in dorms regarding storage and study space and designed a prototype of a desk with sustainable materials.
  • Developed a user experience and interface research report for Konnect by HBL as part of a final year project.

Final Year Project

Project Title

Konnect by HBL (Research Report & Mobile Application)

Description

In collaboration with Habib Bank Limited, our research aims to investigate user preferences and usability aspects for branchless banking services. Our research focused on both current users of Konnect by HBL who are aware of this service, as well as a large group of people who are not aware of Konnect, along with competitors that have been successful in offering their customers a seamless user experience journey. Our research methodology ranged from creating audits of existing FinTech applications to conducting focus groups, interviews, and surveys with existing users. Through our findings, we were able to create a target market for our application and design the interface, ensuring that the user journey was short and seamless in the updated version. The final prototype of the application was made on Figma.
