Tele-Robot for Vital monitoring

Description

During the pandemic, we observed that social distancingis crucial in guarding against COVID-19. However, our front-line workers such as doctors and nurses are exposed to Covid patients, this risking their lives. On a day-to-day basis, a nurse has to check important vitals like blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen, saturation and temperature of a patient. Here we introduce a tele-robot that will manoeuvre itself in a ward patient to patient and collect important vitals without contact and further communicate the values to an online server from where a medical staff member can review the patient’s status.
