As an aspiring filmmaker, I see myself directing and writing movies. Before going for masters in Filmmaking, I want to work in the Pakistani film industry for a few years. Through working here, I want to polish my skill set and learn more about the Pakistani cinema, and ways in which I can contribute to it.

Project Title
Aadat
Description
My final year project is a research-based short fiction film titled “Aadat”. It deals with the topics of masculinity, ethics in work, and taboo topics of homosexuality and sex work. The film also gives the viewers insight into the professional lives of the sex workers and shows how they deal with the ideas of homosexuality and diseases caused by sex work.
