Final Year Project

Project Title

Mycelium Network Optimization in the Context of Karachi's Network

Description

The project aims to mathematically model and simulate the optimization capability of mycelium networks of oyster mushroom. As an emerging research topic in the field of bio-computing, the growth pattern of mycelium network has shown huge prospects in optimizing graphs according to the topology, and resources. Using this simulation and mathematical model we aim to put forward an optimized underground mass transit network for Karachi.
