Project Title
A Feminist Utopia
Description
Borrowing from feminist literature and utopian studies, my thesis is comprised of a paper, grounded in theoretical frameworks, and a project, which aims to implement the theory in order to explore an alternate world. The project is an investigation into the reconfiguration and restructuring of systematic frameworks in order to imagine a feminist world. It presents one out of several possibilities. Holistically, both the paper and the project work in tandem. The latter explores alternative methods of narratives and uses new media art practices to delve into a feminist’s reimagining of the world.
