Some nations are rich while some struggle with their economy. The purpose of the research is to answer major questions associated with the economy of a state. The research includes an introduction to the institutions, the evolution of the institutions, the functioning of economic institutions, and nevertheless, the reasons a nation is either poor or rich and why do developing nations fail to prosper and thrive at an ascending rate of the economy.
