I intend to work for a year while also starting the process for graduate school at the same time. I want to pursue Masters degree in marketing. However, I want the degree to be a mix of the technical and creative aspects of marketing. Other passions include travelling, photography and art direction.

Project Title

You Don’t See What I See

Description

My thesis is a body positivity awareness campaign which aims to address the fact that representations of women are often reductive and unfair and that one’s appearance does not dictate their value. The campaign aims to reframe the narrative around body positivity by exploring the relationship between an individual and their body. The thesis will consist of three artefacts: 1. Interactive Audio/ Visual Installation 2. Coffee Table Book 3. Instagram page. The Instagram page is dedicated to highlighting the stories and struggles of women around us in an effort to inform and create a space for self-reflection. The goal is to help women feel comfortable in their bodies and love themselves. By highlighting the parts of us which are labelled as “flaws”, I want to remind everyone that each one of us has insecurities but those flaws do not define them or their worth.
