We invite submissions for presentation in the thematic panels, intervention showcase, poster showcase, and media showcase.
Before making a submission, please carefully review the detailed submission guidelines to ensure your entry aligns with the required format and content specifications. All materials, including papers, posters, project briefs, and media submissions must be submitted exclusively through the official submission form. Submissions sent directly via email or other means will not be considered.
Submissions that do not adhere to the provided guidelines will be desk rejected. Applicants will be notified in such cases and may resubmit after making the necessary revisions. Resubmitted entries will undergo a new round of review.
All submissions will be evaluated through a peer-review process conducted by a panel of scholars, practitioners, and experts across relevant fields. Evaluation will broadly be based on the following criteria:
Research Papers: Extended abstracts of unpublished papers showcasing ongoing or completed research are invited. Abstracts should focus on the research question(s), methodology, data, (preliminary) findings, and research impact.
Intervention Projects: Briefs of projects currently being executed or recently completed are invited. Briefs should include a detailed summary of the intervention, focusing on the project goals, stakeholders/audience, implementation methodology, timelines, and built-in evaluation mechanisms.
Media Submissions: Completed video narratives or published journalistic works are invited. In addition to the final product, extended abstracts must be submitted focusing on the concept, links to equity, methodology, creative approach, and impact.
