The thesis investigates factors that make women choose between career and marriage, and identifies where the socially constructed idea of a \u201cgood woman\u201d makes its place in this situation?\r\nThe main purpose of this research is to call out the normalized dilemma faced by most women in South Asian societies when they are asked to choose one of the two things between career and marriage when it should be completely normal to have both.
