The thesis deals with attempting to find meaningful information from a network protein-protection interactions. One of the most important pieces of information that can be acquired from such a network is clusters of interactions that may tell us new things about present known protein-protein interactions and unknown ones. The aim of our project is to develop an algorithm that is able to match or supersede the efficiency and accuracy of present algorithms.
