It streamlines job intake, resume collection, candidate evaluation, and AI-conducted interviews, enabling recruiters to identify the most suitable candidates through objective, data-driven scoring.<\/p>\n
The system uses LLMs to extract job requirements and generate candidate-specific interview questions. Resumes are parsed using OCR and evaluated against structured criteria. Live interviews are conducted using speech-to-text and text-to-speech models, with real-time follow-ups and proctoring.
