\nThe Untold Demography of Karachi\u2019s Slums: Rethinking Fertility Patterns in Orangi Town
\nThis study explores fertility patterns in Orangi Town, one of the largest informal settlements in Karachi. Using a mixed-method approach, it combines demographic measures (like fertility rates and population structure) with statistical analysis to examine how factors such as education, income, healthcare access, and contraceptive use influence fertility. Qualitative interviews further provide insight into residents\u2019 reproductive choices and challenges.
