By examining the rich experiences, perceptions, and awareness of Karachiites, this study delves into the nuanced meanings of jugaad within Karachi's cultural landscape, while also providing insightful commentary on the intricate interplay between jugaad and its ethical, legal, and moral dimensions against the backdrop of lax regulations. Utilizing a phenomenological framework, the research employs semi-structured interviews as a qualitative methodology to explore the practice and prevalence of jugaad in Karachi's North Nazimabad town.
