This research aims to present a comparative analysis of the development processes and its effects on the social, material, and economic spaces before and after the establishment of the University. I conducted in-depth interviews to understand the impact of the University on its surroundings. Habib University\u2019s inception in 2014 has had a small but essential role in reaffirming a civilian culture that had been lost in a previously gang-set space.
