We hope all of you are doing wonderfully. The Habib Debate Union is pleased to announce that we are hosting an inaugural showcase debate against IBA. It will be taking place tomorrow, Tuesday the 30th of August 2022, during golden hour (2.30 to 3.30) in the Auditorium. The topic (or the motion) for the debate is as follows:
There is a zombie outbreak where 1% of the world is infected. They are all kept in a pen at great expense. We have a vaccination, and the other 99% are vaccinated – they will not be zombified, but the 1% are still dangerous, and there is no cure. This House Would kill the 1%
It should be fun! (We hope). The Habib Debate Union will be represented by the team of Zainab Javaid, Fawwaz Ahmed and Maliha Irfan. We would love for the Habib Community to join us in the audience and support whichever side they find themselves agreeing with. Or let tribalism do its thing and just support us by default. Your choice!

Who is Hussain? Foundation is grassroots, social justice and charity-based organization working in more than 60 countries worldwide that seeks to build compassionate communities around the world. This year, Who is Hussain? is hosting an extraordinary project to enlist 50,000 heroes globally to donate blood on Saturday, 27th August 2022, breaking the existing world record for the most blood donated on one calendar day which can help in saving 150,000 lives.
SerVe Club in collaboration with Who Is Hussain?- Karachi Chapter cordially invite you to for this Global Blood Drive on Saturday, 27th August, 2022 happening at Habib University.
