Description:

This talk will explore anger and rage as increasingly visible features of contemporary social life. Drawing on research from psychology and the social sciences, Dr. Rizwan Ali will discuss how anger shapes individual behaviour and social relationships, and what this means for our broader social fabric. The session will also address practical strategies for managing anger at the personal level and reflect on how communities and institutions can work toward healing, dialogue, and social cohesion.
