Embark is a 16-weeks, immersive professional experience designed for third and final year students seeking meaningful exposure to a purpose-led higher education Institution. Interns are placed within departments across Habib University, where they contribute to ongoing initiatives and work on real institutional projects. Through close collaboration with experienced professionals across academic, administrative, and student-facing functions, interns gain first-hand insight into how a mission-driven university operates, evolves, and creates impact.




The program follows a flexible work model that requires interns to commit a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. The structure is intentionally designed to support academic commitments while maintaining clear expectations around ownership, discipline, and performance.
Contribute to defined, meaningful projects that support institutional priorities and directly impact students, faculty, and university operations.
Develop practical, transferable skills including professional communication, problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and time management through real work responsibilities.
