Assistant Registrar

The Assistant Registrar is responsible for assisting the University Registrar in all aspects of the role of the office.  The incumbent is responsible for supervising the Degree Audit staff of the Office of the Registrar. This position will also administer the program which certifies undergraduate students for graduation, advice students and academic departments about degree requirements, build and maintain degree programs in student database, and maintain Undergraduate Adjustment System process flows and Undergraduate Degree Planner system. In addition, the incumbent must organize and lead commencement ceremonies

Planning Assistant – Media & PR

The Planning Assistant will coordinate media meetings and visits; develop and implement various tools and mechanisms to deepen existing media relationships; explore new avenues for Habib University’s PR and other needs; and serve as a liaison between different departments and the PR agency including press briefings and press releases. He/she will also help in developing content for various publications and digital resources, and assist the Planning Associate in various events such as lectures, seminars, conferences, etc. Additionally, he/she will assist the Planning Associate for digital work including checking content and design. For this he/she will work closely with the Marcom team, the digital agency and IT.
